“Cicely reached out and lifted Amy’s chin. “I’d never stop telling you how pretty you are. ”

A rustle in the distance told Amy the guys were on their way back to the site. “I guess I better get back to the guys. They probably think I’ve wondered away and gotten lost or something. ”

Cicely nodded, then placed a warm hand on Amy’s face, holding her still with a loving gaze. “Don’t be so afraid of your impulses, Amy. You’d be surprised where they can take you. ”
