They Couldn’t Make Ventilators Fast Enough

Humanity's last hope rests with the colonists aboard the generational starship Attenborough. Heading to the planet Proxima, a thousand years away. Disaster strikes when a reactor meltdown cuts off the bowman from the stern. Two factions must now fight for survival.

Four hundred years before the journey, we meet up with the brave teenager "Thief". She has found a way through the ventilation system, around the ship's radioactive core and into the front. The thief brings back vital components that may help the inhabitants of the rear to connect to the ship's computers. For the first time in centuries, there was hope.

But people are disappearing without a trace, and the makeshift hospital is packed with cases of the new virus.

The thief is about to embark on her most daunting task yet. Crawl through the interior of the ship, the furthest she's ever been, and find some answers before no one is left alive.

However, what she finds in the bow of the ship is frightening.....
