To every Arab woman holding this book, know that you are not alone on this journey. Back to That is a guide for you—a reminder that your worth is not defined by how well you fit into societal molds but by how authentically you live your life. We share a rich cultural heritage that shapes our experiences, but we also face unique challenges that require us to be strong, resilient, and true to ourselves. As a Qatari female coach and entrepreneur, I know how hard it can be to go against expectations and forge our own unique path.

Whenever you feel the weight of expectations, the sting of shame, or the pull of self-doubt, come back to these pages. Let them inspire you, comfort you, and guide you back to your true self, your ذات.

This is a call to action for you to step into your power, to live boldly and authentically, and to unapologetically pursue the life you deserve.
