Goal setting can help to rebalance your life.
Goal setting should be directed toward getting essential emotional and physical needs met in a balanced way from your environment.
In this download you learn about new understandings of what it really means to be human: what makes us all tick as individuals, and why it is that sometimes we experience emotional difficulties. You will also learn what to do about it, which is to set goals that get essential needs better met and to use your resources in the right way to achieve these goals. These needs and resources are our human givens the givens of human nature.

Feeling Better: Be Remarkable and Achieve your Potential

This breakthrough programme is for those who are trapped in addiction and living in self disgust and despair and know that they need something that can lead to real change.
In this programme, you will understand that your addiction is not an illness and neither is it a lifetime condition. It is an ingrained habit fed and strengthened by the pathways in your brain and the life you are leading. And why it is that your willpower alone will never be enough.
You will be realising why you are not aiming to recover from your addiction. Instead you want to move forward to a life which is better and healthier.
Your addiction will slowly cease to be the overwhelming problem it is now – because the pathways in your brain will be changing and your life will be moving forward.

Three steps to Moving Beyond your Addiction

Step 1 You need to Understand - to build hope and to see a clear path. There is a lot of ignorance to dispel and wisdom to acquire that will make so much sense to you.

Step 2 You need Emotions Shifted – the triggers, the motivations and how you feel about yourself. 

Step 3 You need to Practice in your daily life - setting new pathways in your brain and getting your life on track.

There are seven audios in the Moving Beyond Addiction programme:
Part 1 Understanding and Diagnosis Audios
UD1 What is going on?
What is an addiction and how does it takes hold and then can be so difficult to shift? And why do you have to take it slowly – to understand that every journey begins with a first step.

UD2 Diagnoses
Where are you on the route to regaining (or indeed properly gaining) control for the first time? And how did you get to where you are now? And what could be the small steps you could begin to take now? What are your triggers and how do they work?
Begin with UD1 for perhaps a week and then move on to UD2. You will probably then wish to listen to both UD1 and UD2 until both have really sunk in. You will be beginning to be more optimistic and positive and be seeing and indeed doing some small things differently.

Part 2 Reprogramming Audios

RP1 Building Motivation
The Red and Green doors mean building motivation, away from disaster and towards the light. What can you now say about your journey to the red door and the possibilities that take you to somewhere better?

RP2 Changing the Triggers
You are seeing the future (as you aspire it to be but also as it could be if there is no change) – red and green doors. And then you will be dealing with triggers, finding your strengths and identifying the false addiction friend.

Begin with RP1 and only incorporate RP2 after at least a week of regular RP1 listening. And then having begun to listen to both many times, you will be acting differently and making changes to your life and beginning to get control.

Extras Audios
These three Extra audios are self explanatory. You will dip into them as necessary.

E1 Review and Refocusing
Summarising and putting it all together so you can review and refocus.

E2 Depression and Trauma
Understanding the role these can play in your addiction and what to do about it.

Move Beyond your Addiction to a Life that is much Better

This breakthrough programme is for those who are burdened by traumatic memories and experiences and are excited to learn that there are self help tools to free themselves, once and for all.
Have you not been right since that terrible experience – of panic, bereavement, abuse, bullying, humiliation, disappointment or shock? If so, you need to detraumatise that memory and these audio tools will allow you to that.
These trauma memories maybe ever present or periodically present and they cannot seem to be cleared. Trauma Release will give you the tools you need to free yourself from the emotion of these memories – with diagnostic tools and proven trance methods.
There are seven audios in the Trauma Release programme:

TR1 Preparing (23 mins)
TR1 is the essential first step as you learn what is needed and why. Only move on from TR1 when you are ready. And part of this is to know where next to go amongst the rest of the TR audios.

TR2 Straightforward (25 min)
For most of you TR2 is the next stop especially after listening to TR1 – as this is where to go to test the process, perhaps with a less powerful memory.

TR3 Extended (22 mins)
TR3 is if you are not sure that there is a particular memory, but rather an extended period of bad memories and experiences which are joined up in some way.

TR4 Confused (22 mins)
TR4 is for memories where what is real cannot be separated from what might have been.

TR5 Depression (25 mins)
TR5 focuses on the trauma memories of past depressions.

TR6 Future (22 mins)
TR6 is designed to clear fearful projections that have the same power as a trauma.

TR7 Hidden (6 mins)
TR7 explains what next to do if you believe something is still there but you have not been able to identify and clear it.
If the Trauma Release audios “work” then you will be aware very quickly that they have – by feeling more relaxed and lighter.

Feeling Better: Neutralising Bad Memories with Trauma Release

This breakthrough programme is for those who are losing faith in what the depression experts are saying and losing hope that their depression can be overcome.
Hope and Firefighting builds hope that your depression can be overcome. And to do that, you learn what the causes of depression are. And by doing that, the great ignorance around depression will be dispelled – to be replaced by a realisation that recovery is possible.
And then the first steps on that road to recovery can begin to be taken. The effect of this is to create the beginnings of a Virtuous Cycle, to replace the typical Depression Vicious Cycle.
There are four audios in this Hope & Firefighting programme:

HF1 Building Hope (20 mins)
HF1 is about dispensing information and the basic idea of what causes depression.

HF2 Hope Meditation (25 mins)
HF2 covers the same ground but in a very different way – by focussing on the lesson learnt by Matthew and by a short relaxation/trance.

HF3 Firefighting (17 mins)
HF3 takes the first steps to recovery by teaching and visualising ways in which you can fire fight – to begin to reduce arousal and rumination.

HF4 Relax and Needs (26 mins)
HF4 is an extended trance and relaxation audio – that focuses on the really big and profound insights of the Human Givens approach. By this time, these ideas can be readily absorbed and I hope will excite you.
 
Listen to HF1 and HF2 over the first week and HF3 and HF4 in the second week. It is of course really important that the message of these four audios embeds into you unconscious and you listen to them more than once.

Overcoming Depression with Hope & Firefighting
