True Crime

When America's founding Fathers were formulating the just born country's constitution, they reasoned that for their system of checks and balances between the executive and legislative branches of government to function effectively - it would require the President to be, in their words, "a man of chracter." Their presidental model was George Washington.

Now 250 years later, a narcisisstic, sociopathic physopathic racist, homophobic; xehophobic convicted fraudent felon rapist and serial liar is ensconced in the oval office. Clearly 360 degrees away character wise, from what the founding fathers has envisioned.

Donald Trump's path to the White House encompasses many variables. But the constant ingredient that has energized his efforts is Money.

He was born into it. His Father was a successful real estate developer. Thus, obviously, the Donald joined the firm. Guided by his Father's business smarts and money. When he died, Donald received a good chuck of his Father's 250 Million dollar fortune. Which he pumped into a series of spectacular business failures.

Casinos and hotels - bankrupt. Trump University,Trump airlines,Trump steaks,Trump vodka - just a few of the constant stream of losers that demonstrated Trump's complete lack of business savvy. But with his Father's reputation, and credit line, The donald was able to borrow more - with the same result.Bankruptcy.

There is a line in a Leonard Cohen song, that perfectly encapsulates the current iteration of Donald Tump: "Like any dealer he was only watching for the card that is so high and wild, he'll never need to deal another."

Donald Trump has his card. It's called: "America."
