Emotions are our energetic expression of our thoughts and beliefs within our organs and glands. Our emotions symbolise our reality to such a degree that they can be stronger than our own awareness of emotional self-expression. When imbalanced we can unconsciously influence an outcome in any relationship with self and/or other without realising what we are creating in any moment.
