John 1:1 tell us: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Jesus says in John 6:63: “The words I speak to you are spirit and life.” In Hebrews 4:12, the author writes, “the word of God is living and active.”

As you listen to the words in the following book - you are experiencing Jesus himself. Jesus is his word. His words are alive, and they bring life. These are not just historical accounts of who Jesus was and is. They are Jesus, and he is actively speaking life to all who will take the time to encounter him. As you take in his word, you take in him, and your life will be forever changed by what he says to you.

This version was created so a new audio recording of the New Testament could be produced without infringing on any other copyrighted versions in existence. The EUR version is based on the World English Bible (WEB) which is in the public domain. The EUR version updates the WEB version with changes to words and sentence structure so the text is easier to understand and read without changing the meaning of the text.
