The Winter's Tale
The Winter's Tale is a play by William Shakespeare that was written around 1623. The play is about a king who becomes jealous of his queen and orders her to be killed. The queen's baby is saved and brought up by another family. Years later, the queen's daughter meets the king's son and they fall in love. The play ends happily with the two families being reunited.
