In Unlocking the Potential of Team-Based Staffing, Brent W. Maddin, R. Lennon Audrain, Lisa Maresso Wyatt, and Kaycee Salmacia make a persuasive case for redesigning the education workforce to facilitate deeper and more personalized learning experiences in K–12 schools.
