How to live in peace

Some of us are so miserable and unhappy that we even contemplate suicide. What is the cause of our misery, our suffering? It is our ignorance. We complicate life. We don’t realize that happiness is within us but we go around frantically looking for happiness. We can’t become happy, we have to learn the art of being happy, moment by moment. If we seek eternal happiness, we will attain it by realizing the truth, by being enlightened.
