A pleasant pregnancy: Subliminal-program

Pregnancy is always a very special experience. No matter if it's the first-born or the fifth sibling of the already "present ones". You certainly know this: Highs and lows are experienced. Recommendations are given and fears are triggered. How wonderful it would be to feel completely safe. To give not only to oneself, but also to the unborn baby a maximum feeling of security, love and joy.

This subliminal will help you experience your pregnancy as pleasant as possible, to view the birth positively and at the same time give according signals to your inner self. Subliminals are not perceptible to the conscious hearing, they are, however, processed by the subconscious. The suggestions are anchored in your subconscious through repeated listening and softly let you enjoy life in a pleasant way.

The following messages are sent and they are spoken in the beginning. Afterwards you only hear a melody containing the respective suggestions: "I am a positive person - I feel the new life inside of me - I look forward to the new life inside of me - I am happy to have the chance to be the nourishing ground for the new life - I eat a healthy diet - I am optimistic - I am happy - I enjoy each moment - I smile - I laugh - I look forward to the birth - I feel confidence - I give confidence - I love - I am loved - I love myself - I love the moment - I love the new life inside of me - I am healthy - you are healthy - I enjoy the moment - I look forward to what is ahead of me - I am capable of handling every situation - life is beautiful - I take care of myself - I respect the moment - I am happy - I radiate happiness - I am what I am and I feel the "You" - we are one and the one is we - all is good - I feel good - life is beautiful."
