What do you do when a dream vacation goes wrong?

Greg and Sherry spent all their savings on a sexy dream vacation in the tropics. Everything was picture perfect…except that making love on the beach wrenched Greg's back. The doctor's prescription of sedatives and bed rest made it look like the vacation was already over before it started.
