Introduction – Why Change Management? We live in a time in which change is no longer an exception but the rule. Markets shift, technologies disrupt entire industries, customer expectations evolve overnight, and social and demographic trends reshape the workforce. Organizations that once could rely on stable routines now find themselves in a constant state of adaptation. Change, however, is not only an external phenomenon.
