Crash Test Cowboy

Ginger O’Shea, not her real name, picks up a temp agency home-nurse call and crashes into the life of broke and broken bull rider Jesse McCloud, a butt-slapping cowboy with an attitude. Ginger meets the mutilated body of Jesse’s girlfriend up close and personal, and her nursing skills may kill Jesse, who can’t compete, but needs money. Then Jesse’s grandmother Thelma suddenly dies, leaving no will in sight.

Charismatic developer Victor Marlowe has the perfect solution: Sell Thelma’s rundown Strawberry Canyon Ranch to him. Instead, Ginger starts selling ranch strawberries at the farmer’s market with surprising results. Ginger and Jesse cannot deny the chemistry between them, but Nursing Rule #1 says: Do not fall for the patient, especially if he is a murderer and a thief, or worse yet, a cowboy.
