Evabetta For Seniors

The Seniors generation is one that society seems to have left behind, ignored and even disrespected. As a fitness consultant with decades of experience, I regard our Seniors generation as a treasure of wisdom that will be very much missed one day. They are a generation of sensibility, cheer, wit, humour, optimism, faith, good taste and some rare, hard-earnt values worthy of respect. If the Senior individual has not exercised for most of their life, motivation will be the most difficult hurdle. The most difficult step forming an exercise habit. The "Nevabetta for Seniors" exercises make that 1st step simple and easy. Little equipment is required. The exercise environment is created with simple, safe and effective tools. Simply pull up a chair, a small tennis ball, and add an exercise stretch-band. Use the words and pictures in this book and/or access my free You-Tube videos with links, or DVDs.Among the many physical benefits that you will experience are: improved strength, endurance, bone density, heart and lung fitness, balance, coordination, better brain function and better falls prevention reflexes.
