Ivy and her grandmother, Meg the Healer, live in the tidy village of Broomsweep. Well, most of the village is tidy. Things at Ivy's home tend to get messy, due to the magical creatures that come seeking Grandmother's help. But how can they turn away a three-legged-griffin who needs help with his landings, or a dragon with terrible cold?
