Lucan Caeltius owes the wrong people money, and today they finally caught up with him. Cornered in a bar fight he's definitely losing, the last person he expects to save him is a gorgeous stranger with storm-cloud eyes and horns he wants to get his hands on.

Too bad that stranger is Phantom — the assassin the whole city whispers about — and he's not here to flirt. He's here to collect. Turns out he's about to collect a lot more than he bargained for.
