Santa's Package

"A somewhat silly, somewhat sexy, and definitely bizarre short story that will keep your attention all the way through."

- Amara Rethwisch, Netgalley Reviewer

"Crazy short story but fun. It was nothing like I expected in any way." - Tavia Malone, Netgalley Reviewer

In 2021, Amber James developed an unhealthy fascination with Old Saint Nick.

Ever since, she’s chosen boyfriends based solely on their ability to satisfy her Santaphilia. Unfortunately, she can’t find a man worthy to come down her chimney. After multiple fails, she gives up the search for a Santa-with-benefits, and that night, she has an erotic dream featuring the jolly elf himself.

She awakens happily, but as the days turn into months, Amber realizes she’s pregnant.

The only problem is no one seems to agree. Her roommate Shelly doesn’t see the baby bump or feel the kicks, and the doctor’s pregnancy tests and ultrasounds all come back negative. The results force Amber to face her worst fears about her bio mother and a past she’s worked hard to escape.

Angry and scared, she’s bounced from medical doctors to psychiatrists and even an Ufologist trying to understand what’s happening to her body. As Christmas morning approaches, Amber will discover the horrifying truth of what Santa left for her.

Santa’s Package is a darkly bizarre Christmas story.
