Sense and Sensibility

Published in 1811 this was Jane Austen's first published novel. The story as we all know is about the Dashwood family who were left in reduced circumstances when the Father dies, forcing them to move to a country cottage on the estate of a distant relative. After a bit of heartbreak and the odd heaving bosom both sisters find love and happiness.
