When Sten has just gotten through and survived his grandmother’s funeral, the next problem appears. He no longer feels seen, and it’s as if he has been abandoned.

He doesn’t understand that everyone on the farm is busy with their own interests and has their own lives to live.

But if he seeks contact with them, no one ever rejects him.

No, everyone is still very kind.

And just a couple of days after the funeral, a big surprise comes. His now best friend Rickard doesn’t like his new permanent foster home and wants to come back to them in the emergency foster home in Örebro.

Sten is overjoyed and now life feels okay again.

And how he misses Rickard.

Yes, almost as much as he misses his friend Amir.

And Rickard has missed Sten. And the ponies.

Now everything feels almost like before again.
