Smoking and Grilling: While Keeping Your Job

I invite you to go on a journey with me. A journey to fight the time thief and get back to what we love about life. We have so many competing interests and make every effort to manage our time commitments. We are forced to make sacrifices, which leaves us unable to truly share our lives with others. The backyard returns to a small oasis that offers relaxation and enjoyment with family and friends.

I fell in love with the idea of bringing back the art of loving others through great food prepared outside. I painstakingly learned the processes required to make great food and bring family and friends to a place where time can stand still… for a moment. After spending most of my life learning how to prepare great food and share it with others, I am now sharing with you. This book will offer you some great information and hopefully a laugh or two.

Finally, a way to get back outside, have a Braai (great new word for barbeque) with those we cherish can happen. I will show you how to get the most out of your time and regain the life you love.
