#2 The most important thing about your mind is what it is fixated on. The ultimate freedom you have as an individual is the ability to select what you will allow or require your mind to dwell on and think about.

#3 Our thoughts are where we make our first movements toward God. We have the ability and responsibility to keep God present in our minds, and those who do so will make steady progress toward him.

#4 We are all obsessed with ourselves. This is because we have been wounded, and we have become sources of the hurt and pain of others. We have, literally, a world of hurt.
