#1 An empath is a person with an open spirit who unconsciously senses things in the unseen and seen realm. They are constantly in touch with the feelings and energy of others, which means that they are constantly burdened with the energy, emotions, and karma of others.

#2 Emotional withdrawal can have a negative effect on our health, and it is advised that empaths avoid music with lyrics to avoid sending their emotions into a spin. They are capable of exhibiting high amounts of energy when they dance.

#3 Empaths are extremely magnetic and people are naturally drawn to them. They are also very good listeners, and they thrive off mental engagement. They have no desire for the mundane, and they find it difficult to hold their focus on things that don’t stimulate them.

#4 Empaths are typically free spirits who love living life on the edge. When they get stuck in a cycle of life, they lose all meaning of life and are forced to stop. They must re-examine their life and get back on the path to self-discovery.
