#1 We need to find our courage, which is not the absence of fear but rather the willingness to feel the fear and move forward anyway. Fear isn’t going to kill us, but it can constrict us and make our field of energy narrow.

#2 The garden of your unconscious mind is full of weeds, which are your fears. You must pull out those fears by their roots and make room for new growth. When you give fear your attention, it loses its power over you.

#3 We all have our ways of dealing with our fears. For me, I often fall back on false strength. I feel as if I need to be larger than life, and I develop bravado in order to survive. I have to learn to catch myself in that behavior and stop.

#4 It’s time to say goodbye to fear, your constant companion. It has served you well, but it’s time to move on. You have been with me for a long time, and you have protected me and kept me safe. But you have served your purpose, and I must go.
