After his first encounter with the Summoner, Pelle has decided NEVER to play Summoner again. He doesn’t want to be chased by all kinds of crazy creatures in the real world. Fortunately, that’s not a big problem right now, because the ‘Summoner’ craze is over, and now everybody wants to play Epic ‘Battle’ – a totally awesome miniature wargame that Pelle happens to be pretty great at. But the summoners haven’t forgotten about Pelle, and one day, during an Epic Battle tournament, they manage to trap Pelle and his friends inside ‘Epic Battle’s’ fantastical, but extremely dangerous world. The three children’s only chance of escaping is to win the game. But in this world the three friends are just children, and Pelle’s Orcs, Julie’s Shadow Elves, and Villads’ Knights have no intention of obeying their orders.

This book is the second volume in the SUMMONER series and can be read independently. But why would you do that? Read both of them. NO! Read ALL the books Kristoffer J. Andersen has written. No, all the books Tellerup has published! No! All the books in the world! Um … okay, that may be overdoing it a bit. Just start with this one!
