The Healing Light

About This Meditation: NEW! Healing light, streaming down from the heavens, is forming itself into a perfect ball just above your head, golden-white with flecks of rose, emerald green, blue, purple, and violet. Invite The Healing Light into your body, and allow it to help you relax, transform, and heal from within.

From the Journey: "...Take another slow, deep breath and invite the golden, multicolored light into your abdomen and lower back. Give it time to find its way into all your internal organs, bringing balance and peace everywhere within. Imagine your organs all working together like a fine machine, and the golden light has just given you a tune-up to make everything run smoother, and more freely..."
