My name is jerakah and until recently I felt so trapped by grief. I was feeling guilty for wanting to move forward, knowing the memories I would leave behind. 

Here on this podcast, I don’t want to ONLY talk about grief. Yes, it’s a mountain in my story but it’s not the whole story. 

Grief isn’t where my story ends. And it doesn’t have to be where yours ends either.

Yes, you read that right. I have stepped away from social media. For how long? I have no idea. But what I do know is that I have not been fully present in my life and business and the reality of that is that I needed to get rid of distractions. And social media, is a distraction.
