We explore the lineage of avant-garde theater from Artaud to Grotowski, the resurgence of immersive experiences, and the challenges of creating transformational art in a time of social disconnection and political breakdown. We also touch on ketamine as a therapeutic and theatrical tool, the Enneagram as a narrative device, and how to awaken sovereignty through art.
