The 43 year old Wilson, who recently told CNN she thought embracing the help she got from her parents made her more "relatable" to Seattle voters, quipped on social media that, "after much deliberation and a grueling interview process," she was "pleased" to announce that her higher salary as mayor will mean she no longer needs financial support from her parents. Also, audio from The View on Jasmine Crockett's "walk back" on referring to a different Jeffrey Epstein, Lee Zeldin on Jasmine Crockett's lies and President Trump's liability on affordability. Also Olivia Nuzzi – the US star political reporter known for her cozy access to top Republican figures – dropped an excerpt of her memoir, American Canto. In it, she detailed what she describes as an emotional affair with Robert F Kennedy Jr, who she calls “the politician”, and Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., announced on Thursday he is launching a campaign for California governor in 2026.
