Excelente estudio acerca de la comida y cómo podemos mejorar nuestra alimentación sin hacer dieta necesariamente, sino cambiar nuestra forma de entender los alimentos y cómo son digeridos en nuestro organismo.Lo he encontrado tan interesante que me he comprado el libro para poder revisarlo tranquilamente y adquirir éstos conocimientos en mi día a día.
