Felicia Welander

Felicia Welander made her literary debut in 2015 with *Kanske imorgon* and has since written several novels. She writes about relationships and the major changes that can occur in life—recently often set against the backdrop of 1850s Stockholm and Hälsingland. Her historical and contemporary stories blend warmth, humor, and seriousness, exploring themes such as friendship, the lives of women, and the courage to change one’s life. Felicia holds a master’s degree in Linguistics from Stockholm University and Keele University and has received, among other honors, a residency grant at the Bergman Estate and a working grant from Region Gävleborg.
