Lucerna:CRTS Publications - The book series

With respect to the publication of this book, we thank the Stichting afbouw Kampen, the netherlands, and the Publication fund of the Canadian reformed Theological Seminary. Both made funds available for editing the book. This is also the first volume to appear under the name of a new series connected to the CrtS Publication fund, namely, Lucerna: CRTS Publications. Hopefully there will be many more.
