#1 Viktor Frankl was a psychiatrist who was extremely curious about the human condition. He was drawn to helping people, and he wanted to be a psychiatrist before age ten. He developed a theory called logotherapy, based on the Greek word logos for meaning, which believed that a person’s development and quality of their mental health stemmed from having meanings to fulfill in their own future.
