Book 1: Introvert

Although some introverts may be shy, this is not necessarily an introvert trait. Being somewhat of an introvert himself, the author goes over several aspects of introverts that are either obvious or hardly noticeable and sometimes deeply rooted. To say that different regions of the brain are used by introverts is another mystery this book will lightly touch on. 

Book 2: Extrovert

If you are in a relationship with an extrovert or if you are one yourself, then this audiobook may be for you. Have you ever felt judged for being extroverted? Is it possible to become more of an extrovert? Do people make assumptions about you, like, for example, that you are a naturally loud or outgoing person?
