Dualso Basketry

“Dualso” basketry is the name given to the type of basketry worked on “Dualso” bases, a trademark of “Atlas Handicrafts”. With simple, step-by-step instructions and helpful photographs, this novice-friendly handbook will teach the reader how to make lampshades, bowls, baskets, and more using this method. Highly recommended for lovers of handicraft and money-saving DIY ideas. Contents: “How to Use”, “Overlapping Petal Border”, “Shell Design Border”, “High back Border”, “Water Lily Border”, Rectangular Bases”, “Fruit Bowls”, “Hanging Plant Baskets”, “A Cane Chain”, “Table Lampstands”, “Coolie Shades”, “Flower Shade”, “Table Lampshades”, etc. Many vintage books such as this are becoming increasingly scarce and expensive. It is with this in mind that we are republishing this volume now in an affordable, modern, high-quality edition complete with a specially commissioned new introduction.
