He has 290 research publications, more than 6000 citations and a very high h index of 40 . He has been a referee to more than 20 international journals. Guided more than 70 graduate/UG/ and Ph.D students and several young post-doctoral fellows .Currently looking for fruitful collaboration in Canada, UK, Germany and Australia for study of light emitting QDs.

Satish Khade - the 'Aqua Man' we need

Dr. Kaustubh Radkar a 27 time Ironman finisher across all continents, the Only Indian to do so; with the vision of creating a healthy platform for Indians but rest of the world to train for different sports. A Johns Hopkins trained rehabilitation specialist Dr Radkar moved to India in December 2013, and has worked selflessly in motivating people across all age groups, walks of life to take up an active lifestyle.He was the only Indian to finish Ironman World Championship at Kona in 2017. A former Indian national swimming champion for 1995-2000, Kaustubh was also the fastest Indian at the Comrades Ultra marathon in 2016; and holds the record for the Fastest Debut for an Indian at Ultraman Florida. The Ultraman Triathlon is a 3 day event which consists of 10 km swimming, 423 km cycling and 84.4 km running spread over 3 days with a hard cut off of 12 hours each day. Kaustubh Radkar has also been selected as one of the Fit India Ambassador, which is part of the Fit India Movement, launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Ar.Avinash Nawathe - 3 decades of changing Pune's skyline

Having the urge and inquisitiveness to learn and explore, Shivkumar Javdekar earned his Civil Engineering degree from Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT), University of Pune. Getting the perfect head start, Shivkumar started his career as a Junior Engineer with the esteemed Shapoorji Pallonji at their Mercedes Benz (c/o Tata Motors) plant in Pimpri, Pune. Discovering his interests in construction, he went on to work with eminent names in the real-estate industry.

He then co-founded Pandit Javdekar with Rahul Pandit, who shared his vision and passion for excellence and achievement. A stickler for perfection, Shivkumar personally scrutinizes every aspect of the construction and business at large to make sure that as the business grows, the fineness and innovations are enhanced to suit the scale. Meet the man behind films like Harishchandra chi factory and Chintoo.

In 1979, he Shrirang started his career as a stage actor when he joined Theatre Academy, Pune. He acted in Jabbar Patel's Ghashiram Kotwal, Padgham and Satish Alekar's Mahanirvan, Pralay, Bhint, Atireki. In 1986, he started writing his own plays. He started writing for Grips Theatre Movement in India. Godbole has directed many TV serials and films. Many events including Award Ceremonies, Sawai Gandharva Sangeet Mahotsav, The PIFF Bazar are coordinated by him.

Working as a Producer, Writer, Director for Films, Television, Theatre, Children's Theatre & Theatre in Education, Innovative Educational Solutions and Online Educational Content. 

He has received many awards including National as well as Maharashtra State Awards for Feature Films and Theatre, Zee Marathi Awards, Zee Talkies Awards, Maharashtra Times Ma.Ta. Sanman awards and many more.

The group has expanded into several brands and home delivery businesses with 3 cloud kitchens, a full fledged training academy that is currently undertaking projects to help fellow hoteliers in operating successful businesses and a beautiful farm called Cherish Farm which is the agricultural project of the group. Cherish Farm is where organic fruits and vegetables are grown to be used in Malaka Spice. The group has also launched 4 new brands in their home delivery business namely Won China (Chinese Cuisine), Tvum (Indian Cuisine), Rap N Roll (for quick bites, wraps and rolls) and Top Hat. The latest development is the launch of Healyam which will focus on spiritual, physical, mental and intellectual well being of corporate organizations, institutions and individuals alike.
