#3 Depression is extremely intelligent, and it will try to convince you to do the opposite of what’s best for you. It can take your deeply held values and throw them out the window, making you do things you wouldn’t do otherwise.

#4 The first step on the journey toward mental health is to understand and believe that you are not alone. Understanding and believing this is the first step on the journey toward mental health.
