The marriage produced two sons, princes William and Harry, who were then respectively second and third in the line of succession to the British throne. Diana was involved with dozens of charities and also raised awareness and advocated ways to help people affected with HIV/AIDS. As we all know Princess Diana died in a horrific car crash in a Paris tunnel on August 31, 1997. She left us that day - but never left our hearts and memory. This is her story in her own words.
