Crying: A lesson on the style of Roy Orbison and K.D. Lang (Level 1)

In this lesson the student will learn both the rhythm and lead guitar parts to “Crying” without using any music, tab, print, or video. The song is taught completely “by ear” allowing the student to memorize the song as they go and develop their skills for picking out other songs “by ear.” The lesson starts with a full demonstration of the song followed by an all-audio lesson of the song in small sections. At the conclusion of the lesson backing tracks in three different configurations are supplied for the student to practice and perform with.
