In this book, I will walk you through a step-by-step guide on how to manage the disease. We will take a journey together starting with the time when you should need to have yourself tested for bone density. I will guide you on how to prepare for osteoporosis and what to expect. I also provided a brief guide on the daily calcium and vitamin D intake that you might need.
I have also included a 5-day meal plan that you can start with and a few recipes of some of the food you might want in your sample meal plan. The meal plan is just to start you with and you can adjust it according to the recommendation of your nutritionist. This guide is to help you learn more about osteoporosis and the osteoporosis diet.
The guide is not intended to replace recommendations from your doctor. Osteoporosis is a disease that should be treated with the utmost care. I created the guide to help you decide to have yourself tested as early as possible.
