In book 1, Layla Turnbull is spanked so that the tutor will let her daughter Chloe attend the extra maths lessons. After that Chloe and her mother are spanked regularly when Chloe makes mistakes. Chloe’s friend Mary is also spanked regularly and their mothers admit that they enjoy the spankings.
