Religion og spiritualitet
Every one of us carries unprocessed emotions from past events and life experiences. Emotions develop from the first 8 years of your life. That is from your infants to 8 years old. If any negative emotions are not processed. They will recycle and loop the emotions again until we accept our emotions and allow them to flow. This requires our awareness to communicate with our emotions.
Negative emotions are very uncomfortable. We often try every means to escape from feeling it. It could lead to addictions and sometimes disease and illness. Your brain associates the memory with painful emotions. This could be stored in your unconscious mind.
To release the trapped emotion, we first need to learn to feel our emotions. Emotions are energies in force. They come and go. If the emotions are not moving, they will become stuck and trapped inside our bodies. This can create illness and diseases if we do not let them flow.
In this course, we will
• Release any trapped anger in your body • Deeply forgive yourself • Learn to feel your emotions through meditation • Find the seed pattern from the first 8 years of your life • Transform your emotional pattern • Allow your body mind spirit to flow • Release traumas, painful memories • Completely love and accept yourself • And much more
