The residents of Warwick Castle and those survivors who have carved a home for themselves around the fleet in the Solent and the Scilly Isles meet, not to celebrate their achievements, but to plan. Gathered supplies need to be transported to those small islands, so a deep-water port must be secured with a base established to protect it.
