He is being held prisoner by the evil Princess Rose.

Princess Rose collects forest animals, and keeps them locked up in her dungeon. It is because of a wicked spell that was cast upon her by the wicked Queen Corentina. This terrible spell made the young, beautiful princess turn old and gray. The spell can only be broken by a random act of kindness with someone with the purest of hearts. Little does the princess know that special someone is on the way! Join the boys on this fun filled adventure as they take their journey to Keepsake Castle. Unfortunately, the rescue mission does not go as planned. It's up to Sammy's dad, Ziggy and his friends-Eddie The Elf, Ralphie Reindeer and Paulie Puffin to save the day in his flying ice cream truck!
