So I read the first two, and they were so heavy I took a few months break. Then I procrastinated as I didn't think I wanted to get back into the world. I was so wrong!Took me a few chapters for the world to come back to me. But it did, and I was instantly there with this bond group.Straight into a stupid but brave as hell Olly style self mission. And we get to meet her bond, and I love her scary bond, love the fear her bond triggers, and love how her bond protects her. Reminds me a little of the Kirsty Cummings books in how funny, strong, and sassy the lead heroine is.She's settling in more in this book, and although there is still so much blame flying around and self blame being a big one for Olly. They are coming together...and in more ways than one 🤭The smut level is beautifully high. Although it's steamy, it's also freaking cute how much they want each other....well expect Nox. We do need to talk about Nox. Something darker than his creatures is about to come to light.4.8
