Dokter Tinus blijkt een geheime aanbidster te hebben, zijn tante begint aan een romantisch avontuur, en zelf is de dokter nog steeds verliefd op de knappe onderwijzeres Lisa, al slaagt hij erin om steeds precies het verkeerde tegen haar te zeggen. En dan zijn daar ook nog dorpsagent Ken, die zijn grootste angsten onder ogen ziet, en doktersassistente Kim, die onverwachts promotie maakt.
