Waking up barefoot in the woods with no memory of who he is or how he got there, a young man known only by the name Stranger, sets off on a journey through the bizarre reality of World City. With each new character he meets, Stranger’s path takes him through the streets, the nightclubs, the churches, the prisons, the courts, and finally to the highest power in the world, where he must make a choice that will forever alter the fate of the city.
