This series focuses on inter-religious conversation among scholars from various traditions and disciplines. Its primary commitment is to publishing papers presented at Vancouver School of Theology's annual inter-religious studies conference. Each annual conference focuses on a theme of contemporary interest. Themes of the first four conferences have been: Encountering the Other (2016); Visions of the End Times (2017); Spiritual Perspectives on Death and Dying (2018); Religion and Violence (2019). Presenters have offered theological, philosophical, psychological and sociological analyses from Christian, Jewish, Islamic, Hindu, Indigenous, Buddhist, Sikh, and Unity perspectives. Secondarily, the series will consider monographs of inter-religious scholarship arising out of the conference themes or community. The series will aim at producing 1-3 books total per year.
