The Adventures of Wu Kong vol.15: Enflamed

San Zang has recently welcomed Sun Wu Kong back into the company of his traveling companions, and they are diligently making their way towards the West when they notice the weather becoming hotter and hotter. This is strange, since summer is several months past them. When the four can go no farther, Sun Wu Kong is dispatched to find shelter. He comes to a village and asks the help of an old man who explains to them that they are near the treacherous and impassible Mount Flame, a mountain engulfed in fires so powerful that trying to pass would be the same as committing suicide. In order to get past the fiery mountain and complete the journey, they will need the help of a precious treasure. But to gain possession of the treasure, Sun Wu Kong will have to answer for past choices and confront former allies.
