The History of the Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has defined the boundaries of our speech and actions since its first meeting in 1790, adding to our history books names such as Justices Earl Warren, Thurgood Marshall, and Warren Burger, and landmark trials including Roe v. Wade and Dred Scott v. John Sandford.
